GRADUATE TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

ABOUT US:
BMS is the leading sales recruitment consultancy in the UK with six regional offices Nationwide. With four separate divisions, BMS has specialist teams covering six market sectors including Construction, Industrial, Medical, Commercial, Medical and FMCG.
THE ROLE:
In this fast moving and highly competitive industry you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities as well as managing existing accounts.
As part of a team you will work closely with senior consultants and managers to offer the very best service to our clients.
Driven, tenacious and competitive the role will ideally suit an individual of graduate calibre with at least 6 months sales or commercial experience. Alternatively if you are a recent University leaver looking to move in to a sales focussed role then you will also be of interest.
With 98% of all BMS managers starting at trainee level career prospects are truly excellent.
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary:£16,000:£22,000
Commission*Bonus:OTE £26,000-£32,000 1st Year
